2023年に新しくオープンしました！ 場所は和歌山県の高野山で、天空の聖地と呼ばれ、標高900mほどの峰々に囲まれた山上盆地であり、町全体が世界遺産にも登録されています。 10年以上の高野山でのゲストハウス（Koyasan guesthouse Kokuu）の運営の経験を生かし、新たなチャレンジとして高野山内では初めての一棟の貸しを開始しました。 この宿は元々長年使われていなかったガレージをリノベーションしたもので、「山に籠るように過ごしてほしい」という思いから山籠（さんろう）と名付けました。この宿を隠れ家のようなものとして、選りすぐりの民芸品や器も楽しんでいただけるようにと思いを込めています。 一日一組限定で、完全にプライベートな空間と時間を提供します。友達や家族、カップルなど最大4名まで宿泊が可能で、自分とひたすら向き合う時間に、大切な人と思い出深い時間をお過ごしください。※宿泊中は完全に貸切状態で、他のゲストはいません。 チェックインはテンキーでの入館になりますが、入館後必ずホストが直接ご挨拶に伺い、施設案内、高野山の観光案内を致します。その他、滞在中は何でもご相談ください

Our house is called Kamikura-Hideaway. It is a small 50-year-old house located at the foot of Kamikura Shrine. Contemporary artist Fulbrn revived it as the art piece "Narrative Space." Since this house once served as a geologist's hideaway, bits of history are scattered throughout the building. Our uniqueness has even been featured in the travel media AFAR, reflecting our commitment to a memorable guest experience. We hope you will enjoy touching someone's story "floating" around the room.

1 minute walk from Shingu Station. 2 minutes from the bus stop. It is a Japanese-style house with a small Japanese courtyard. You can try on valuable samurai armor, helmets, and bridal gowns (kimono)for free. The house is reserved for a group of 3 or more people per day. Please relax as if you were at home. We usually accept up to 8 people, but we can accommodate up to 10 people on request. There is a convenience store in front of the house, which is very convenient.

こちらはカップルからファミリーや仲の良い友人グループのような団体向けにピッタリの一棟全てを貸し出す宿です。家からは間違いなくこの街で1番の海の景色を最高の眺めで見ることが出来ます。 最高に美しい南紀の海を楽しむ為に、お早めに宿にお越し頂き、翌日は少し早起きして海から昇る朝日をご覧になって頂きたいです。 美しく昇る朝日を眺めながらゆっくりと朝風呂に浸かる。このような非日常的な楽しみ方も体験して頂けます。 近隣にこれまで飲食店がありませんでした（コンビニ等は車で数分圏内にございます）しかし、すぐ近くに和食のお店がオープンしました。 ランチタイムにはラーメンも楽しめます。 夕食をご希望の場合にはこちらのレストランをご紹介する事も可能です。（ディナーは事前予約が必要です） 駐車場は広々と10台以上駐車可能な無料の駐車スペースが敷地内にあります。お車でそのままお越しになってください。 宿の立地は静かな環境の中にありますので、日常を忘れてゆっくりとお寛ぎ頂ければ幸いです。 あなたとお会いできる事を心からお待ちしております。

Stay at Ryunohara Hatago, a lovingly restored 120-year-old farmhouse in Ryujinmura — Japan’s spiritual heartlands. "Genki House", a house near Kumano Hongu-Taisha

It’s a house 8km from the Hongu Taisha. (about 15 minutes' drive) If you have a car it's more convenient, but if not I'll be happy to drive you to and from a bus stop or a tourism spot in Hongu area. My family run an organic farm, bakery, NPO offering long-stay for the youth, and an alternative school for children nearby. You'll have some loaves of bread from our bakery(^^)/ （If you don't eat bread please let me know beforehand)

Ocean View Retreat in a Quiet Fishing Village

This is a private, whole-house guesthouse located in the quiet fishing village of Nigishima, Kumano City, Mie Prefecture. On the way to Nigishima, you’ll be greeted by the deep blue ocean known as “Kumano Blue,” and the house sits overlooking the calm waters of Nigishima Bay. To reach the house, you will need to climb approximately 50 steps (about a 5-minute walk), but a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere await you at the top.
