The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box. The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a new brewery. Everything needed nearby! Older windows we ask to not open. Note: Linens are NOT provided (bed covers are). MP 9.5
