Welcome to "No Pasa Nada"... No Worries! Recently completed in 2021, our little studio is just 2.5 blocks to a public beach access and walking distance to tons of great local eateries. The studio offers a Queen sized bed, kitchenette with a full sized fridge and microwave, washer/dryer, indoor shower with body sprays and an outdoor shower, 58 inch Smart TV in the living area and 2 cruiser bikes. Relax in the hammock chair in the garden area then head next door for a smoothie and yoga session.

Goldie Sands Guest Suite

Goldie Guest Suite is a private getaway right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer! A short walking distance to the ocean (appx 3 minute drive, .4 miles) and other popular sights. Across from a local church, your host is a preacher and family of 4, plus two dogs and a cat. 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.
