Enjoy the huge stunning view of the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ with floor to ceiling windows set in a renovated retro-modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lake house, on 150′ of lake front! Free EV charging is provided! Located on Lake LBJ, a constant-level lake, and perfect for all types of watersports. Neighborhood boat ramp is two doors over. 3 kayaks, “LillyPad”, life jackets in all sizes, beach towels are provided. Large sunscreen-covered back deck includes both a BBQ gas grill and gas griddle.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2
