This older lake home offers simple comforts and ongoing updates. No Fence for pets. It’s clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The neighborhood is a mix of well-kept and NOT well-kept homes. We want to set clear expectations before you book. We do not have lake views or direct lake access from the property.

We are ideally located near Lake Texoma and the State Park (<2 miles) where you can take your family hiking, swimming, or fishing.
