Diese schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gratisparkplatz vor unserem Haus mit Garten inkl. überdachten Abstellplatz für ihre Fahrräder bietet viel Platz und liegt in einer sehr sicheren und ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel und auch das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist schnell und einfach erreichbar. DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

Sie betreten das Haus durch den hinteren Eingang und gelangen ins Stiegenhaus, welches auch von uns genutzt wird. Sie gelangen ins Dachgeschoss, wo sich die Ferienwohnung befindet. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

Good public transport connections (train and bus) to the center, 1 private parking spot in front of the house. Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

Get some fresh air? Then live in our apartment with its own private terrace. A free parking space in the house is also available for you. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2 right outside the door takes you to all major sights in the city center in just 15 minutes without changing lines. Bus 10A also gets you to Schönbrunn Palace in about 15 minutes without changing lines.

In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich alle wichtigen Supermärkte, ein lokaler Bauernmarkt und eine Bäckerei. Der Fernseher ist mit einem aktiven Amazon Prime Account verknüpft. My apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa, which is perfect for families with small children. You'll love it. Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Close to the beautiful Vineyards of Grinzig and the tourist attraction Kahlenberg where you can decide to have a walk through the beautiful scenary or to have the best view over the whole city. Loads of foodshops around the corner Just a short ride with the tram into the city approx. 18 minutes. Close to the bus stop 39A or the tram Nr38 or the train S45.

Altenberg/Greifenstein offers a broad range of leissure possibilties (swimming, mountainbiking, hiking,...) Close to our place there are a number of restaurants which can me reached by walking in about 10 min.
