U dvorištu vile, nalazi se bazen, ribnjak i dva vidikovca.U sklopu objekta gosti imaju privatni parking, okružen Pančićevim omorikama.U dvorištu takođe ima preko 30 vrsta egzotičnog bilja, kao i autohtono voće.Gosti su u prilici da u ljetnjoj sezoni, koriste voćnjak i baštu. ldealno mjesto za odmor,i sve ljubitelje prirode.

Charmant chalet au bord d'un bassin d'eau naturelle. Gîte tout confort au cœur des monts Komovi, idéal pour randonneurs et amoureux de la nature sauvage et calme. Isolement et dépaysement complets.
