Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

Willkommen in unserer brandneuen Airbnb-Unterkunft „ NEA home“ in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Griechenland! Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.

Το σπίτι είναι στο Χωριό Κουδούνια 7 χλμ. πριν φτάσετε στην πόλη Δράμα εάν έρχεσαι από Θεσσαλονίκη. Η πρόσβασή είναι εύκολη, γίνεται από την εθνική οδό Θεσσαλονίκης – Δράμας. Το σπίτι είναι <<<<πάνω>>>> στον κεντρικό δρόμο, ακόμη και εάν δεν κάνετε κράτηση θα περάσετε μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το σπίτι είναι σε χωριό το οποίο δεν έχει οδούς και αριθμούς αλλά μπορείτε να το βρείτε από το google που υπάρχει καταχώρηση.

You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.

Downtown Apartment

There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
