On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a dining room, a separate living room with two additional sleeping couches, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the old town. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, another bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the sea and the old town. The kitchen is new and fully equipped ( microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer). The house has two comfortable double bed bedrooms .

Guests have access to a wood-burning grill next to the summer kitchen, so they can carefree enjoy the whole day outside. There is an outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool. In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.
