Beautiful home in a central location. 15-minute drive from the boardwalk (Malecon), 15-minute drive from the La Paz international airport and a 2 min walk to the beach. Great restaurants and pharmacy a 2 mins walking from the house. 2 master bedrooms and additional room with a balcony over the enclosed garage with ocean views! 3.5 bathrooms and outdoor shower for the pool.
