The house sleeps six and features a sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a well-planned living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The property offers privacy, while cafés, supermarkets, and lake swimming spots are just a short drive away. With free parking, outdoor furniture, and a peaceful setting, Kukkula is the perfect place for families and friends.

Viihtyisä ja tilava omakotitalo hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Oulunkylän juna-asemalle on lyhyt kävelymatka, ja sieltä pääsee nopeasti esimerkiksi keskustaan tai lentokentälle. Pihassa on autokatos ja sähköauton latausasema. Kadun varressa on lisää autopaikkoja. Ruoanlaitto onnistuu tilavassa ja modernissa keittiössä ja viihtyisässä olohuoneessa voi viettää iltaa. Päivän päätteeksi voi rentoutua saunassa, josta on kulku viihtyisälle lasitetulle terassille. Kohteessa on ilmalämpöpumppu.

This unique property combines design, a peaceful older times atmosphere, and the best of city living for a comfortable stay in a quiet setting, just minutes from Helsinki vibrant city center. Cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions are just few steps away. You will have your own entrance, as well as small garden in front of the house.

Enjoy your stay at our Scandinavian design home, which is built on two floors with a room height of over 4m. You'll live in a private apartment connected to our detached house. There is access available for a sauna & swimming pool area within the main house (for an extra cost). The house is located in the middle of Helsinki in a peaceful neighborhood (Oulunkylä). Excellent accessibility to both the city center and the airport by public transportation or your own car. Free street-parking

Peaceful and family-friendly home

This peaceful and spacious 70 m2 guest house is perfect for families, couples and small groups! There are comfortable beds for five, and everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay! The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with a fast and easy access to the city centre and the airport. The train station (two stops to the centre), many buses and a grocery store are all within 10 minutes walk. In the summertime you'll also be able to enjoy a small yard.

35m2 Studio

Cosy 35m2 studio in quiet place near Keskuspuisto forest (5min to the forest). Free parking on the road. Also famous Rodo park is in walking dictance. Short walking dictance to train station Huopalahti (11min, 850m), which prings you to city center and to the airport. Also the buses leave next to the door to city center (40 and 41, about 20min). If you need bed sheets, it cost 10e/ person. You can pay by: cash, mobile pay or through airbnb. Free Wifi in the house.
