Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

The ceiling fan keep things cool. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Salt Creek beach,Dana Point Harbor and Trestles are just 15-20 minutes away. Great Location!

Built in 1960 but modern and updated, it has classic vintage essence but feels clean, light, airy and filled w/ natural light. On one side is a private garden and on the other side is the Pacific Ocean, so you will feel surrounded by nature no matter where you are in the house. *As of Nov '23, I replaced all of the outdoor furniture!

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
