Nestled in the shade of the Lake Almanor Pines neighborhood, our rustic cedar cabin boasts the comforts of a secluded getaway with the convenience to many nearby attractions including Mt Lassen National Park. Launch your boat at the Marina or Canyon Dam to have a fun-filled day of water sports or fishing. Visit Bailey Creek Golf Course, play Pickleball at Lake Almanor County Club, visit local restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, microbrewery, and gas station nearby. Sorry, No Pets Allowed.

Swallows Nest

Welcome to the Swallows Nest. Your home base during your time of fun and adventure in the Lake Almanor basin. The home uses solar with a battery backup, and the garage has exterior 110v plugs for electric vehicle charging. We also have mini-split heating and AC units installed in each room so you can control the cooling or heating. Note: The units must all run in the same mode (ie cooling or heating.) We also have a whole house heater which runs on propane. There is NO whole house AC.

This impeccably clean and updated cabin in the woods is the perfect mountain retreat! It features a completely open living space on the main floor with modern appliances, and a cozy woodstove. The master bedroom has a gas stove and a new master bath with tiled shower, soaking tub, and wood vanity. The second bedroom has a queen and set of bunk beds. Enjoy the spacious back deck, complete with a hot tub.The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and set of twin bunkbeds and a small half bathroom.

This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

Swimming, boating, hiking at Lassen Volcanic Park...the list goes on and on! Relax, replenish, & rejuvenate, on the West Shore!
