The home is complete with a wet bar, free Wifi, Four smart TV's with satellite tv and Netflix included. In the garage, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole set and a basketball game. Two spacious living rooms provide plenty of space for all of your guests to relax.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
