It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Bring your kayaks/tubes or rent them from a nearby outfitter. Fish the stocked river from the dock, hike, visit the nearby waterfalls. Perfect for a couple's getaway. You'll enjoy exclusive use of the private 1st floor of our mountain home which combines modern convenience, vintage decor and natural beauty.

We are minutes from Lake Lanier, North East Georgia Medical Center, restaurants, shopping, prestigious local schools, and the downtown square. Also, 23 miles from the Mall of Georgia & 57 to Atlanta. If you're here visiting family, doing a school visit, attending an event, on a business trip, or vacationing, you'll enjoy our positive space.

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.
