Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

The outdoor living includes a very large deck with a sectional sofa and a large table that seats 10 as well as a cozy side screen porch.
