The Boathouse is centrally located in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, near Lake Nacimiento. This quiet, serene location is a true getaway! Nicely appointed one-bedroom, with queen size bed. One bathroom, with shower. And a queen sized sleeper-sofa in the living room. Fully stocked European kitchen, private entry, semi-private deck with your own propane BBQ, some house amenities available to our guests. All are welcome at The Boathouse, and we look forward to having you as our guests!

This Lake nacimiento house has a great feel with a peaceful roof top deck , out door shower and pizza oven. It’s a short 5 minute ride down to launch your boat. Starlink internet works great. Deep 25 foot garage for a boat. Washer and dryer included , kitchen has electric stove , refrigerator. You get access to the oak shores pool , jacuzzi , pickle ball and fun events. Registration form needs to be sent to oak shores 24 hours prior to arrival. Oak shores charges 25 per day for watercraft
