The Okareka Lake Edge Comfort has views to die for across the lake to Longford's Farm. Trout fishing, kayaking, biking, horse trekking, swimming and more all eleven kilometres from Rotorua. A very comfortable home excellent cellphone coverage wifi. I can also be found on my 2 lakes site & it would be worth while checking this out! This is a tiny home, see diagrams. It's near a lake but no lake view. Swim or use our kayaks, approximately 200m walk. A great place to stay after a bike-ride or sporting event. Two small bedrooms, 2 single beds, 1 double bed. Television works through WiFi, connect to your own accounts and Freeview. This is a 2022 self-contained HouseMe unit. It's on the owner's property, with private access, facing the street. Off-road parking, room for a boat with trailer, 3 minutes from the boat ramp.

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The central location is in close proximity to the Whakarewarewa Forest for Mountain Biking and walks, Lake Tarawera, the Okataina walkway and cycle track as well as the Redwoods and an approximate drive of 12 - 15 minutes to the Rotorua CBD.
