This unit has all the amenities that you would find in your own home including a washer dryer ironing board and iron. The trolley is one block away and Magazine Street is 3 short blocks. Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

Take a bike ride to Bogue Falaya Park or the Tammany Trace. Eat, eat, and eat at wonderful restaurants. Relax with a favorite beverage at Southern Hotel ... all an easy walk from the Cov LA Cottage. ***For your safety, our cottage is not suitable for children under 8 years of age***

City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
