Three double and a single bedroom property with ample parking for up to 8 cars or boat .Double garage .Plenty of outdoor space for cleaning mountain bikes and children's play.They can enjoy a treasure hunt while you settle in.! Lovely kent fireplace for winter warmth with free firewood and sunroom. Nice private covered deck for evening entertaining. Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
