Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood close to MSU, LCC, Sparrow Hospital, Downtown Lansing, Shopping at Eastwood Mall, and a quick walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops. This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Located in a family-friendly area, my home is a true neighborhood experience. The historic Westside neighborhood is safely walkable, making it easy to enjoy a stroll. I am a local and MSU graduate and happy to share more recommendations to help you enjoy your visit. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the backyard. Off-street parking is available. A 5 minute walk to The Irish Pub, Harry's Place Bar & Grill, Rock's Party Store, Biggby Coffee and Hela's Kitchen (Mexican)

It is a quick, 2-3 minute walk from the heart of Old Town, Lansing, and a 4 mile drive from East Lansing. You can have lunch at Pablo's, go shopping at Bradly's HG, attend an event at Urban Beat, or drive over to the green pastures of MSU. At the end of a long day of explorations, this is a great nest to return to.
