Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
