Because of its south-east orientation it is bioclimatic, that is particularly cool in the summer while it is warm in the winter. The circulation of the air in the apartment gives you a healthy natural cool sensation , when the doors of the balconies are open. There is air condition in the salon and fans in the bedrooms.
