Villa Rocca has its own private spaces, and high standard of comfort and special care to the character of the house with exposed wooden ceilings, very elegant choice of furnishing and distinctive blend of colours.  PS for the months December to March the energy costs are not included in the price and will charged on the base of electricity costs

Cosy house in a traditional sea-side village. Wonderful is the opportunity for the visitor to excurse to neighboring islands with his own or a rented boat. The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

The Sea Martin
