The toilet and shower facilities are near but do require a short walk outside. The home is situated within our business premises in Yoxall; however, it is securely fenced and kept separate for guests' privacy. Located next to a secure dog field, which can be hired separately.

The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
