In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. Home has very comfortable feel. Large screen lanai has insulated roof, stays cool. The heated pool is large, 45 feet long, 3 sheer descending falls and has 6 led colored lights. Home is very tranquil and in a quiet area, just down the street to 5th ave shops and restaurants. New Publics food store just across street.
