The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.
