This magnificent villa is located extremely close to fantastic beaches and small bays at the East part of Evia island with a fantastic view to the Aegean. Upon entering, there is an open plan dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a large glass doors opening to the balcony with a breathtaking view of the nearby beach. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with an internal shower and a balcony. The beach is about a 200m walk from the villa.

It is built in a panoramic position above the sea, overlooking the Aegean and the coastline. At the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk from the center of the village and the nearby crystal-clear, turquoise beaches. The house is 50 m² and features a private 36 m² stone-paved courtyard where you can enjoy the sea and the horizon.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .

Our apartment is a quiet and cozy ground-floor home in Agioi Apostoloi, Evia. It’s 82 sq.m. with a fireplace, heating, and A/C. It hosts 5–6 guests with 2 double-bed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and crib (upon request), and 1 bathroom. It has a large yard and private parking. Just 2 minutes by car from the sea and village center—ideal for year-round relaxation!

A beautiful cottage right by the sea in a picture like tranquil fisherman’s village 2.5h from Athens Eleutherios V airport. You’ll love the location! Cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), friends, and furry guests (pets). Along with the 2 bedrooms there is a loft that can sleep 2 adults or 3 kids that has an extra large king-size mattress.

The house has also an outdoor shower and large parking area. The view is amazing. The blue and crystal clean water of the Aegean sea is on your sight from almost everywhere, even from your bed!
