Enjoy the Buckeye Lake north shore. Public boat ramp less than 1/2 mile. We have a dock available, just across the street. Walk to boardwalk, enjoy winterfest, restaurants, Yacht Club, ice cream, Boat Yard for bike or kayak rental or enjoy a drink with live music. Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee). Enjoy the sunset from enclosed porch. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.
