Beautiful Updated 2 bed/2 bath Oceanfront Home with a beautiful UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW, GARAGE PARKING, and OCEANFRONT PATIO. This home includes 2 Queen beds & 1 pullout Trundle sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room table that seats 6. The home comes with a Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Built in BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Beach Chairs, and the best sunset views you can imagine. If you want to fall asleep to the ocean waves you have come to the right spot.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
