Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Au coeur de la grande champagne, dans une longère du 17ème siècle, ce logement de 130 m2 peut accueillir 6 personnes mais peut recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes en journée (grande salle à manger). Ce logement bénéficie de toutes les commodités : wifi haut débit, home cinema (Netflix, Prime vidéo...), buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
