Pearl's Place, named after a long-time owner and resident, is a charming, restored craftsman bungalow. Sitting on the porch you will enjoy our quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. A short walk will put you on the hiking/biking trails that wind throughout town. Centrally located, we are within a few minutes drive to the State Capitol, the University of Nebraska, and Lincoln's three hospitals. Or, stay in and enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, wifi and large screen TV.

Cotner Cottage

This centrally located house has been tastefully remodeled and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Close to shopping, grocery, hospitals and parks and less than ten minutes to downtown; there are driveways off two through streets for convenient transportation. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional hang out areas and a nice dining area. The back has a great screened sunroom with bar top to sit at, complete with a six person hot tub.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Right of I-80, and only a 6 min drive to the Historic Haymarket, Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. Behind the complex is a Disc Golf Course and we'll have some disc's available for you to use while visiting.
