Cozy Cardoness Cabin on Private Lake w/ Waterfall!

Here you will experience a park-like setting surrounded by nature while still having all the amenities of modern life including high speed internet, smart tv, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and central ac. From the deck of your cabin you will have a bird's eye view of a beautiful lake with ducks and hear the continuous water sounds of a waterfall and fountain which lights up at night.

Cozy Pine Log Home

We hand built this 2400 sq.ft home/cabin with local pine logs, these timbers that form the main structure of this cabin are hand notched and stacked local pine. We did most of the work and designing on this and were able to put a personal touch to the work inside and out. NOTE!!!This is a rustic place with modern convenience, (Knotty hickory cabinets, Pebble and tile showers, Bamboo floors, Local, pine, log exterior walls, Tulip popular interior, Log and barn wood furniture. Black Betty is located right beside the river at the halfway point on the kayaking route from the Buffalo River Resort. Secluded Creekside Cabin w/loft

If you're seeking a tranquil atmosphere, this is the perfect getaway. The property offers privacy and plenty of fun exploration opportunities for visitors of all ages. The loft is a little secluded space with a solar charger for electronics and a window overlooking the creek

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Peaceful River Retreat

This is a charming and private river front home with expansive views of the Buffalo River. The large kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, as well as boasting a large, fully stocked tea and coffee bar. Enjoy a slow morning on the outdoor patio watching the sun rise across the river while enjoying a cup of organic, locally roasted coffee. It’s a perfect place to unplug and connect with loved ones. There are stairs down to a rock ledge where you can fish, or put in your kayaks.

This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!
