Exeter, CA is a gateway destination to Sequoia National Park and is known for its Mural Tour. The historic brick buildings make a great surface for the 30+ large murals you will find as you stroll throughout the charming downtown district. You will be a short drive from rivers, lakes, trails and can access Yosemite, Sequoia, Mineral King, and Kings Canyon National Parks.

Beautiful Secluded Cottage, 4 miles from park

Nestled between rocks and trees, this cozy, modern cottage will make your stay unforgettable. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. Relax on the patio after a day in the park, or settle on the couch to watch your favorite show on the smart tv. We offer good wifi and a desk for those of you needing to work. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Our property includes the farmhouse, the main house (where the owners live), a barn and a beautiful one acre pond located just a short walk down the dirt road from the farmhouse. Enjoy anniversaries, friend trips and family time away from the city. If you decide to leave the tranquility of our pond, you can visit Lake Kaweah, Three Rivers, Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Park.

Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner!
