Hoeve Hulsbeek: genieten van de natuur en de rust

De studio is bereikbaar via een aparte zijingang en biedt ruimte aan maximaal 4 personen (1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapbank voor 2 personen). De studio bestaat uit een mooie open ruimte en is gelegen op de 1e verdieping, de voormalige hooizolder van onze boerderij. De gezellige studio heeft een ingerichte kitchenette, een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, een badkamer met douche, een knusse zithoek met tv en een slaapsofa. Maximum 1 hond is welkom (na onderling overleg) mits €10 schoonmaakkosten.

Aan de stadsrand van Sint-Truiden, de hoofdstad van Haspengouw, biedt deze rustig gelegen woning je werkelijk alles om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Geniet van bubbels in de jacuzzi en warm lekker op aan de haard. TV of netflix kijk je met de beamer in de cosy zithoek. Enkel de fitnesskamer heeft geen airconditioning. Charmant duplex appartement, gelegen in het bruisende hart van Sint-Truiden. Perfect voor zowel kort- als langverblijf. Het appartement is modern ingericht en biedt een warme, gezellige sfeer. Op 2de verdieping bereikbaar via trappen vind je een lichte woonkamer met een comfortabele zithoek en een volledig uitgeruste keuken en nette badkamer met inloopdouche. Ook heb je toegang tot een klein overdekt terras. De bovenverdieping bestaat uit een slaapkamer met voldoende ruimte voor kleren.

Le paradis d’Henri est un gite wellness entièrement privatisé avec un spa et sauna. Nous avons aussi ajouté une piste de pétanques et un putting green de golf avec 9 trous. Il est idéalement situé en pleine campagne, c'est une parenthèse de calme, de bien-être dans un écrin de verdure. Proche de la ville de Hannut, de ses commerces et de ses services de bouches. Le Paradis d’Henri peut aussi servir de point de départ pour vos excursions (à pied, en vélo ou en voiture) dans la région.

Station Racour: spoorweghut Logement des Piocheurs

Naast het station van Racour staat het huisje van de piocheurs of spoorwegarbeiders. Vroeger gebruikten spoorwegarbeiders deze ‘barak’ om hun materiaal in op te bergen, om hun boterhammen op te eten of om zelfs te blijven slapen. Het geklasseerd gebouwtje van 3 meter bij 3 meter werd in 2015 volledig terug opgebouwd in houten vakwerk en metselwerk. Het is nu ingericht als een comfortvolle trekkershut voor 2 personen. Er staan gratis fietsen ter beschikking van onze gasten!

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Verderop in deze gang bevindt zich de badkamer die uitsluitend bestemd is voor de gasten van vakantiestudio. Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Breakfast is possible, please ask. There’s an idyllic sleeping place, rain shower and salon upstairs. Downstairs there’s an installed kitchen where you can cook, a dining place and a big lounge. Many bicycle and walking routes. You can rent 2 electric mountainbikes!

Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.

A comfortable duplex accommodation in the newly restored outbuildings of a courtyard farm. Private terrace within the courtyard and access to a children's play area. Easy access from the E40 motorway. Pleasant walks in the surrounding area and close to the Domaine Provinciale Helecine. The accommodation is cleaned thoroughly between visits.
