“Manor Croft” is a quaint detached cottage on a picture postcard village green at the bottom of the garden of Manor Cottage, enjoying complete privacy and has been tastefully refurbished and modernised including high speed WiFi connection and a smart TV. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and washing machine. The cottage has Gas fired Central Heating and is fully double-glazed, with French Windows that lead out onto a fully enclosed and private patio area.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.
