Im Aussenbereich gibt es im Erd- und Obergeschoss einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, sowie mehrere Sitzbereiche und Terrassen zum Entspannen. Die Mitbenutzung eines Pools (mit den weiteren 8 Häusern (meist Ostern - Okt), wie ein Stellplatz stehen zur Verfügung.

Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen grossen Gasgrill sowie einen Tisch mit Stühle und einen Hängesessel zum entspannen. Zu Fuss ist es ca. 10min zur Piazza Grande.
