Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ein eigener Fussweg zum Strand gehört dazu, der nur mit den Bewohnern der daneben gelegenen Wohnung Pettirosso geteilt wird. Alle Zimmer haben einen uneingeschränkten traumhaften Blick auf den See. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, aus dem Sofa nochmals zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten zu machen. Das Appartamento ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.
