Whether you're relaxing in the beautiful king sized bed cubby, lounging 8' above the forest floor surrounded by pillows and blankets on a massive 6' x 12' netted hammock deck, or taking a bath or rain shower on the semi-enclosed tub deck, this romantic treehouse is where luxury and comfort meet fun and fantasy.

We are located near L3Harris, TAMU Commerce, with convenient access to plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, parks, trails, museums, and shopping. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Nestled in a pecan orchard, this charming space combines modern comforts with a touch of rustic style. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy king bed, walk-in shower and a private patio ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Visit us at Alford Family Farm just a short walk away. Seasonal farm activities are offered for an additional fee.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.

Newly Renovated Cabin on 1 acre centrally located between Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni! First Monday Trades Day is only a short 25-minute drive. Chitt's Creek Cabin is a short 15 min drive to Lake Tawakoni State Park and less than 10 minutes to the nearest boat dock! Fisherman Paradise for tournaments or a perfect place to get out of the city to relax around the campfire, star gaze and just have a great time!

Pecan Acres Ranch

Beautiful country home only 5 minutes from Lake Tawakoni. Bring the family and enjoy fishing on the pond while cooking out by the large wrap-around porch, or relax with your coffee and watch the sunrise in peace. Delmade Inn - after our mothers-Delma and Madelyn

Sit on the quaint porch and enjoy getting away from home. The Delmade Inn (named after our mothers - Delma and Madelyn) is a tiny house that has all you need for an enjoyable visit. All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

The Half Lady

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out in the hammock, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal using the herbs growing on and near the porch. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful new home. This house sits on 30 acres with a stocked pond for fishing. Sit on the porch & sip your coffee while taking in the beauty of the atmosphere & maybe even rub shoulders with some grazing cattle. The house offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds.
