Watercolor Cottage

Summer Vibes all year long! Located just 10 miles north of Alpena, the two story 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated on all sports Long Lake. In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

Lakefront- awesome for 2 families!! Extra guest fee waived for kids! This rustic and cozy vintage cottage is the perfect place to unplug and relax with family and friends. Spacious and roomy for any family, White Birch Cottage is a lovely draw back to simpler times to reconnect with nature and the ones you love. Includes a week’s worth of lake toys for a memorable vacation. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, biking, campfires, and beautiful sunsets at this homey cedar cottage.

Black Lake Cabin Retreat

Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Pike House Park Place is a freshly remodeled, three bedroom house with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in Northern Michigan! It is located across from the entrance to Alpena's Long Lake Park, where you can take advantage of some of the best year-round fishing in the state. Fantastic mountain-biking and hiking at Rockport State Rec. area is a few short miles away. Stay right at Park Place and enjoy a bonfire, indoor and outdoor games, a home-cooked meal, and relax in front of the tv.

Our house has been fully updated and newly furnished with contemporary and comfortable pieces. In the warmer weather enjoy sitting by the campfire, grilling out, boating or kayaking. If you're looking for snowy winter fun, we are close to snowmobile and ATV trails. We have a large driveway to make parking your trailer easy!

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.

Welcome to Summerville! Situated on Long Lake in Alpena. It’s large lot offers privacy and plenty of room to enjoy bonfires, and lots of room to let the kids run. Bring your boat, kayaks or paddle boards to take advantage of all that Long Lake has to offer. Located only 7 miles from Alpena it’s only a short drive in to town to explore all that Alpena has to offer.
