Legendary sunsets at the Oasis 7 miles away, 40 minutes from DT Austin. Note - 2 parking spaces and 1 bath, 6 guest max. Make sure the room configuration works: Two bedrooms, one with a double and one with a full, two twin beds up a captain’s ladder in the loft. We do not count the twin beds on the screened sleeping porch as bed space.

This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

We offer a relaxing experience with a country feeling only 15 minutes to downtown Austin or lake Travis. The cottage is brand new, 900 sq ft and located on 2/3 acre property. The cottage is about 15 minutes to downtown or to Lake Travis, in a non incorporated neighborhood with less street lights, more star gazing and great bird watching! You will most likely wake up to birds chirping and see hawks, blue jays and cardinals among others. Maybe deer too if you're lucky.
