The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

Pear Tree House is an eighteenth century cottage in the centre one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire, Sutton-on-the-Forest, (8 miles north of York) in beautiful Hambleton. Boroughbridge is a pretty, small historic market town with independent shops and cafes. With lovely walks along the river and canal. Centrally located for York, Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, The Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Please note this property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age

Grantham Loft is a 2 bedroom first floor flat situated in the heart of Boroughbridge. Spacious & stylishly decorated, with free wifi & parking. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one a double bunk bed and single above, plus comfy lounge & large TV.

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
