Im Winter sorgt der Kamin für kuschelige Stunden. Oder ihr erkundet die Gegend. Das schöne Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) und die Lüneburger Heide (15 km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Frische Brötchen gibt es beim Bäcker um die Ecke. Das idyllische Waldbad ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Ideal für Mädelsgruppen "Macarons backen mit mir" 6TN, 4h, á 90€.

In diesem wunderschönen Holzhaus mit besonderem Ambiente und individueller, künstlerischer Einrichtung genießt ihr Ruhe und einen Garten mit 2 Terrassen, nah an Wald, Feld und schöner Natur. Wer die historische Altstadt, Kneipen, Museen und Kirchen besuchen oder shoppen will, findet was das Herz begehrt nach einem 15 Min. Spaziergang ins Zentrum. Es stehen 2 Räder zur Verfügung und ein Bus hält fast vor der Tür. Fußläufig gibt´s Lebensmittel, Drogerie, Apotheke, Imbiss und einen Bioladen.

Ferienwohnung Klosterquartier - stadtnah

Charmantes Stadthaus – Ihr Urlaubsdomizil für bis zu 6 Personen in Lüneburg Das Haus wurde um 1900 als Doppelhaushälfte erbaut. Im Laufe der letzten 100 Jahren und unter wechselnden Besitzern wurde diese Hälfte renoviert, um- und ausgebaut. Zuletzt 2018 von mir. Es gibt neben dem Wohn-/Esszimmer und der Küche im Erdgeschoss vier Schlafzimmer auf zwei weiteren Etagen. Die Treppen sind altbaubedingt etwas schmaler und steiler als in einem Neubau. Die Unterkunft ist nicht behindertengerecht.

Hier ticken die Uhren etwas langsamer: Unser liebevoll saniertes Fachwerkhaus liegt am Ortsrand von Sumte, umgeben von Wiesen, Feldern und der einzigartigen Landschaft der Elbtalaue. Freut euch auf Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse, entspannte Stunden in der Gartensauna und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Elbe, der Sumter See und zahlreiche Radwege sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wer mag, entdeckt die Elbtalaue bei einem Alpaka-Spaziergang unserer Nachbarin.

The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.
