This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. We have a volleyball-court, darts, barbecue, pond and cottage for you to enjoy included in the fee. In addition, we have amenities, that are available for additional fee: - sauna (ask host) - hot tub (ask host) - kayaks (ask host) If your travel company is larger than 4, we have space for camper-caravans and tents. 3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Welcome to our warm hometown – Tartu! To maximize your experience here we try to give our best to help you. The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

a peaceful campingsite with 2 cabins and a tent lot that can fit 4-5 tents if necessary. situated in the forest away from big roads with a river in walking distance. fresh water and firewood available now also a small sauna available. there is no electricity and extra heating in the cabins but i provide powerbanks and battery lamps.

Selles rahulikus ja stiilses kohas saad mõnusalt lõõgastuda. Toome välja, et voodi madrats on keskmiselt tugevam, mis pakub kogu kehale tugevat tuge. Korteris on eraldi magamistuba ja köök. Ühendus kesklinnaga on väga hea: kesklinn on kõigest 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel. Korter asub mugavalt esimesel korrusel.

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
