There is 1 step down in the living area “ 70’s style sunken den”. There are two full bathrooms. This home is strictly for renting and not our personal use. WiFi is included, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. There is large wooded backyard with private deck with fenced in yard. Private parking in front of home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

You don’t want to miss staying here! A brand new kitchen with granite countertops and subway backsplash, walk-in tiled shower and full size washer and dryer! We have all the amenities you’re looking for: refrigerator, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker!! The bathroom includes a double sink in the vanity with a walk in shower. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments.
