A short 45 min drive from Chiang Mai city this home sits on a hill overlooking the Mae Sa River and green mountains beyond. Five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a hot/cold tub, a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of social/chill and work zones, a vast veranda and a modern house made of Teak and cement surrounded by a tropical garden. A perfect escape from the city with great restaurants, incredible tourist attractions from nature to culture, all within 15-20 mins drive.

The house is spacious and comfortable ideal for families & friends. Many activities are available in the area : cycling around, in the rice & flowers fields, hopping from a local infusions shop to Ceramic workshop or cruising on Paddle board on the river and discover the amazing river banks.
