The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Large and airy flat with two terraces and inside garage for one car. We used to live in the house and after moving out we left everything we had so it's a complete household. The flat is located across from the Museu da Agua in a dead end street so it is a very calm and quite area. You will sleep deeply and soundly. We are 10 minutes walk from the Santa Apolonia train and metro station. Central heating and AC.
