Downtown Vermilion shops along with Main Street beach are approximately 5 minutes by car, and Cedar Point is 30 minutes away. Linwood Park's private sandy beach are also just under a mile by car (extra fee). One queen bed plus a queen pull-out in the living room sleeps up to 4. Stocked kitchen, Keurig, Smart TV, and driveway with room for a smaller boat trailer.

The JoKo Cottage

Welcome to our cozy little cottage built in the early 1930’s by a then well-known artist, Joe Koch (JoKo was his artist name). Joe designed and built the cottage and is full of his unique style. It was featured in 1950 in The Akron Beacon Journal with lots of pictures! All of the wormy chestnut wood (wood with holes in it) is original to the cottage. Even the tile by the fireplace is original. In this place many beautiful things were created. We hope you find beauty here too!

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits.
