Dieses traditionelle Haus aus dem Jahr 1873 befindet sich seit jeher in Familienbesitz und wurde als unser 2. Projekt liebevoll kernsaniert, umgebaut und renoviert. Es handelt sich um ein 1-Raum-Haus mit über 70 Quadratmetern, quasi ein Loft, mit 3 Betten, Wohn- sowie Essbereich. Bad und Küche wurden neu angebaut, viele alte Strukturen blieben erhalten. It has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with a couch - bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and even a fireplace. there is also a spacious yard with 2 sunbeds so you can rest and sunbathe! it is 100m from the bus stop and the local shops and restaurants. There is also a parking space just outside the house. The city of Rhodes is 32Km away and Lindos is 19Km away, while Faliraki is 15Km.

Our house has been charmingly refurbished and has a bright mezzanine. With its approx. 65 m2 it is well suited for one to two couples (1 bed is slightly smaller) or a family with 2 children, there is a baby cot. Malona is a quiet village surrounded by citrus and olive groves 3km from the nearest beach. Birdwatchers appreciate this place for its rare bird populations. Since 2025 the government requires an environmental tax, which is paid directly to us.
