This mediterranean style villa w/back-up power is located near the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach & Golf Hotel in the Rio Mar Resort Community, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The cozy decor makes this a warm and inviting space. The terrace offers a sea-line view and its colonial windows and doors open to get you in contact with the ocean breeze while you enjoy that morning coffee. This cluster offers a swimming pool only a 5 minute walk away. The beach is accessible via the Beach Club only a 5 minute drive.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 comfortable full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have yet to be installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)
